Train with RayAn Michaels

RayAn is equipped with a wide arsenal of personal training techniques to fit your needs.

In your private session you have the choice of pilates, strength training, low-impact body sculpting or gyrotonic, all consisting of weights, resistance bands and accessories.

Sessions are devoted to the strength and agility of which the body can move as a whole – resulting in long, lean and intrinsically strong muscle tone.

She also offers bodywork utilizing trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cranio-pelvic balancing and much more in efforts to restructure the affected tissue, increase functional performance and recondition the body into homeostasis.
